Job Responsibilities and QualificationsWe are in search of a Mother-Baby Registered Nurse to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient care to all patients. Our exceptional team collaborates to support one another, and we are looking for a remarkable addition who shares our commitment to meaningful patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality obstetric care and overseeing Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) programs.
- Directing and coordinating all nursing care for mother and baby patients in accordance with established clinical nursing standards.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Contributing to quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that yield positive patient care results.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Colorado.
- BLS – Health Care Provider, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
- Experience in women's health or mother-baby care preferred.
