Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Gas Station Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our gas station facility, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain the gas station facility, including fueling equipment and island maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the gas station area, parking lot, and surrounding areas
  • Resupply island items, including oil and other products
  • Collect and bag trash from the island
  • Assist customers with transactions and provide information about products and services
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform the job
Preferred Qualifications
  • Team members are responsible for understanding company policy and procedures
  • Knowledge of MSDS information about all materials used during work
  • Completion of Lockout/Tagout training
  • Completion of Confined Space training
  • Completion of Right-to-Know training
Work Environment

The Gas Station Attendant will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent customer interactions and exposure to various weather conditions. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a team environment.
