**Job Overview**

Pasona NA is seeking a skilled Client Services Representative to provide exceptional support to our wholesale customers in Japan. This role will involve addressing customer inquiries via email and phone, as well as explaining the features of our cash management products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries related to our cash management products and services
  • Develop strong knowledge of bank cash management products to provide assistance and support
  • Log customer data and inquiry information into proprietary systems
  • Create contracts for product implementation and amendments

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Japanese
  • More than 2 years of comparable or relevant customer service experience
  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Business English language skills required, business Japanese language skills a plus
