Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals tailored to each patient's needs and abilities.
  • Document and record patients' conditions, progress, and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Supervise and oversee Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist college or university.
  • Valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.
  • Experience in long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
