Job Overview

Catamount Ambassadors play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the ski area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and helpful assistance to guests, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Remain at assigned locations until replacement arrives, maintaining a visible presence and being approachable to guests.
  • Distribute trail and snow reports to designated locations, keeping guests informed about resort conditions.
  • Assist with guest events, such as races and promotional events, as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming lodge and grounds.
  • Support parking and group bus loading/unloading processes.

Work Schedule and Conditions:

Catamount Ambassadors are expected to work during busy periods, including weekends and holidays. A solid availability calendar and adherence to scheduled shifts are essential for meeting program requirements.

Dress Code:

  • A name tag must be worn at all times.
  • Catamount Ambassadors will be provided with uniforms suitable for indoor and outdoor work, which must be worn during scheduled shifts.
