Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Child & Adolescent Therapist with PA License to join our team. As a licensed therapist, you will work with children and adolescents to provide individual, family, and group therapy services. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children and adolescents
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality care and achieve treatment goals
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • PA-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
