We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Trauma Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a licensed therapist, you will work with clients to provide individual, family, and group therapy services, as well as Telehealth support. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with trauma and mental health issues, and will be able to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of Ellie Mental Health
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • PA-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
  • Experience working with trauma and mental health issues
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
