Job Summary

Bella Santé is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting all guests and providing exceptional customer service
  • Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
  • Assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products
  • Checking guests in and out, and scheduling appointments
  • Ensuring that retail items are stocked and properly maintained

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of spa software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
