Uniti Med is seeking a skilled travel diagnostic imaging specialist to fill a 26-week position in Asheville, North Carolina.

About the Role

This full-time opportunity requires working 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, primarily at night. The successful candidate will work closely with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using CT technology.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, test results, and imaging protocols.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current certification as a Radiology Technologist (ARRT) with specialization in Computed Tomography (CT).
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, preferably in a travel or contract role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and patient populations.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other medical software applications.
