Job Title: Quality Process Improvement Manager

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Horst Engineering & Mfg Co. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for process improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce defects and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and measure results
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for further improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
