Position Summary:
The Program Manager within the ITW Body and Fuel Division will report directly to a Sales Manager and will be tasked with expanding strategic ITW Automotive products with international clientele. This role encompasses overseeing commercial and sales activities while supporting international project teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical sales and commercial activities, including quoting and negotiations, to foster business growth with assigned customers.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at JOEMs and associated tiers.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Project Engineers responsible for specific programs and daily communication with clients.
  • Utilize methodologies to ensure products and designs meet quality, performance, and cost expectations while addressing customer challenges.
  • Translate customer feedback into clear requirements, technical specifications, and actionable plans.
  • Implement the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) framework while managing project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams on production process development and validation activities.
  • Prepare product sales forecasts and analyze financial performance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including both domestic and international travel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of program management experience, particularly applying APQP principles.
  • Proven sales experience with automotive JOEMs and a strong product knowledge background.
  • Familiarity with plastic processing and product design, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend customer needs, engage in proactive feedback, and propose solutions within process capabilities.
