Position Overview

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various departments, assisting the Assistant Director of Nursing and supporting the Director of Nursing.
  • Care Planning: Evaluate, develop, implement, and oversee resident care plans to ensure a holistic approach to care delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Uphold the confidentiality of resident care information in accordance with healthcare regulations.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of quality care within the unit.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • A valid Registered Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire, in good standing.
  • Preferred experience of two years in long-term care settings.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a compassionate demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
