  • Collaborate with the bakery manager and other store departments to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and coaching to bakery staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Merchandise bakery products in accordance with company standards.
  • Process cash register transactions, handle customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field, with a proven track record of leadership and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a walk-in refrigerated cooler.
