Position Overview:

  • Work schedule consists of five days per week, including weekends, from 7 am to 4 pm

Compensation Structure:

  • Competitive hourly wage of $16

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upholding a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA, state/local, federal, and client regulations
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization to foster safety and health
  • Proper maintenance and sanitation of housekeeping tools and equipment
  • Meeting client expectations in designated cleaning zones
  • Following established protocols for waste management and disposal
  • Promptly reporting any maintenance concerns
  • Managing facility security measures
  • Engaging in skill enhancement and adapting to job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in custodial services is beneficial
  • Capability to adhere to safety protocols due to physical hazards and chemical exposure
  • Courteous and efficient interaction with guests, clients, and coworkers
  • Adaptability to meet the needs of guests
  • Physical requirements include lifting, bending, and prolonged periods of walking and standing
  • May necessitate the use of uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
