Electrician

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
• Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area
• Educate and offer customers appropriate upgrades that you can complete immediately or at scheduled time
• Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
• Document work completed with before and after photos
• Demonstrate safe working practices and methods
• Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers

• Current TDLR and Journeyman or Residential Wireman License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Texas Driver's license (3 years driving experience)
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Minimum of 1 year residential electrical wiring, repair, and troubleshooting all aspects of the Electrical System
• Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire, and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
• Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes
