As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate, you'll be part of our team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers.
  • Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe transportation.
  • Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat.
  • Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items weighing up to 50lbs.
