We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Technology Operations Specialist to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

The Technology Operations Specialist oversees technical development efforts to facilitate the design, integration, and evaluation of military intelligence systems, encompassing the complete lifecycle engineering of comprehensive hardware and software solutions. They spearhead initiatives to unify various software components into a cohesive system. This role involves fostering collaboration and coordination with mission partner stakeholders and is accountable for establishing and executing strategic and tactical plans for intricate projects, evaluating objectives, and formulating actionable strategies. The Specialist is recognized as an authority in the practical application of technology in operational settings and possesses the hands-on experience necessary to guarantee the reliability and maintainability of integrated system infrastructures. They apply technical best practices to lead teams and manage the execution of complex projects, identify intricate challenges, and offer solutions for problem resolution. The Specialist provides guidance for military intelligence initiatives at both strategic and tactical levels concerning the utilization of technology for intelligence operations, planning, and mission oversight.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma with 4 years of additional experience, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of additional experience may substitute for a required Bachelor's degree.
  • A relevant Master's degree may account for 2 years of experience credit, while a relevant PhD may account for 4 years of experience credit.
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with 7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree along with industry-recognized certifications such as GIAC, ISFCE, or IACIS Certification; Cloud certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Developer, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, MS Certified Azure Fundamentals, MS Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The individual in this role must be capable of remaining stationary for 50% of the time. Occasionally, they may need to move within the office to access files, office equipment, or to communicate with colleagues and management, which may involve delivering presentations.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $157,900-$263,200. Various factors can influence the final salary or hourly rate, including but not limited to contract wage determinations, relevant work experience, skills and competencies aligned with the specified role, geographic location, education, and certifications. Additionally, ManTech is committed to investing in its employees beyond just salary.
