  • Technical Assistance
    • Provide technical assistance and advice on existing software solutions
    • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of software systems
  • Documentation and Communication
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation
    • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • Extensive technical knowledge of Information Technology field and computer systems
    • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
    • Experience with RESTful services, SQL, and NoSQL databases
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work seamlessly within a team and manage individual tasks
    • Proven ability to work independently and deliver projects on time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in a related field, such as Software Development methodologies, Architecture, Test Automation, Networking, or Systems Administration
