About the Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at RS Medical. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various means including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer orders and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Gather and document customer information, including contact details and payment information.
• Provide clear and concise product instructions and demonstrations to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training to ensure accuracy and efficiency in customer interactions.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.

Requirements:
• 6 months of call center experience or equivalent combination of telephone experience and customer service.
• Moderate level of supervision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in using automated information systems to analyze customer data.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
• Strong desire to learn and grow with the company.

Working Conditions:
General office environment with frequent or continuous periods of talking, sitting, typing, and engaging in repetitive hand movements. May require occasional standing, walking, and bending. Requires good vision and hearing.
