Overview:
We are in search of skilled automotive service specialists who are enthusiastic, positive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidates will possess a strong desire to tackle challenging issues and a commitment to upholding the highest standards for our clientele.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our customers.
  • Gain extensive experience as an automotive technician across a diverse range of vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate with team members to swiftly address customer concerns.
  • Adhere to and promote our rigorous safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
  • Work alongside fellow technicians to resolve challenges, meet targets, and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess:

  • PA State and Emission Inspector License.
  • Master diagnostic capabilities.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair various vehicle types.
  • A passion for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the capability to achieve 40+ flag hours weekly.

Additionally, candidates should be able to:

  • Quickly master factory diagnostic tools.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to:

  • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
  • Work with tools on vehicles elevated above their heads.
  • Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
  • Exhibit dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Drive vehicles with manual transmissions.
  • Effectively use a computer.
