Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, safety protocols, and staff training
  • Partner with the Store Manager to drive business growth, develop sales strategies, and implement effective marketing initiatives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth and development
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for pet owners and their pets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive innovation and improvement in the salon
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in pet grooming, with a strong background in leadership and operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Strong knowledge of pet grooming techniques, safety protocols, and industry standards
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a salon environment
