We are seeking a qualified Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team.
In this position, you will deliver exceptional preventative and supportive intra-operative care tailored to each patient's unique needs.
This Level 2 hospital is renowned for its commitment to high-quality patient care in the picturesque Seacoast region.

- Specialized training in High Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Neurology.
- Training on advanced robotic systems, including Mako and DaVinci.
- Cross-training across various specialties such as Orthopedics, General Surgery, Trauma, ENT, Gynecology, Neurosurgery, Breast and Plastic Surgery, Thoracic, Dental, Colorectal/GI, Urology, and Circulating C-Sections.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pre-operative patients.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe surgical environment.
- Prepare the Operating Room by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques throughout surgical procedures.
- Provide care, compassion, and emotional support to patients and their families during the surgical process.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in surgical technology, nursing practices, and industry regulations through AORN.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state or a valid Compact State License.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
- ACLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) within 60 days of hire.
- PALS certification preferred but not required.
