Job Title: Emergency Services Assistant Nurse Manager

St. Luke's Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our team of talented nurses in the Emergency Department. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and engaging staff to ensure best practices are followed and patient care is delivered with excellence.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of nurses in the Emergency Department, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff engagement, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the hiring and onboarding process, as well as performance evaluations and staff management.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of nursing experience, with a focus on Emergency Services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
