  • Maintain full knowledge of our food and beverage menu items, including ingredients, preparation, and execution of correct food and beverage service.
  • Maintain full knowledge of Momofuku and Momofuku Ko, and be able to answer FAQs, providing expert knowledge and recommendations to our guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Adhere to grooming and dress code standards, ensuring a professional and welcoming appearance for our guests.
  • Assist in deep cleaning of the restaurant, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and dining areas.
  • Constantly push to creatively interpret positive guest relations and industry standards, exceeding guest expectations and ensuring a loyal customer base.
  • Adhere to COVID-19 related health and safety standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of fine dining experience, with a strong background in beverage service and pairing.
