As a Patient Transporter with Christus Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of patients within our healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport patients to their inpatient beds and/or to and from other areas such as admitting, surgery, therapy, or radiology in a safe and timely manner.
  • Retrieve medical records, lab results, supplies, and medications as required.
  • Prioritize duties to facilitate department flow and maintain clean and well-maintained equipment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • BLS certification.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of physical activity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
