Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at Dietz Property Group. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease apartments to prospective residents
• Provide tours of the community and answer questions about the property
• Process applications and paperwork for new residents
• Participate in resident social activities and events
• Provide quality service to prospective residents, current residents, and team members

Requirements:

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a professional office and work space
• Experience with Microsoft Office and internet
