Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at Dietz Property Group. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make and take phone calls with prospective customers and residents to describe the community's features and benefits
  • Perform sales presentations and tours to prospective customers, identifying and selling to their needs
  • Accurately prepare and process required screenings and paperwork for applicants, new residents, and residents renewing their lease
  • Create and participate in resident social activities
  • Provide quality, professional service to all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Natural ability to express positive enthusiasm and connect with people
  • Selling and closing skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional office and work space
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and internet
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including Saturdays
