We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Residence at Basking Ridge. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect resident rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces
  • Empty wastebaskets and replace bags
  • Dust and polish all surfaces, including windowsills and woodwork
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including bathrooms and kitchenettes
  • Assist with laundry and linen services
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull carts
  • Good physical and mental health
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
