Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Support Representative to join our team in Lohfelden (Kassel). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships, exploring new sales channels, and driving sales growth.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase sales revenue.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration, sales management, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, with experience in SAP, BW, and CRM an advantage.
