We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at RUSHKids Pediatric Therapy in St. Charles, IL. Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans for children with ASD in their homes and in our clinic.
  • Collect and record data on observable client behavior and communicate progress to parents and team members.
  • Work under the supervision of a BCBA to ensure high-quality services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • CPR certification required.
