As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and incorporating them into your teaching

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $22.75 to $27.80 per hour, based on education and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and career development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred
  • MA DEEC Certification required
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
