About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter and Wrapper to join our team at Sam's Club. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality products for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members while providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Work collaboratively with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  4. Cut boneless meat products according to established standards and maintain product quality standards.
  5. Utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
  6. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work areas according to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary Information

The estimated hourly salary for this position ranges from $16.00 to $23.00. Additional premiums may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
