Houseperson Job Description

As a Houseperson at MasterCorp, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas. Your duties will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including restocking linens and amenities
  • Stocking and organizing housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
  • Operating laundry equipment and maintaining inventory levels
  • Responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with deep cleaning projects and special events
  • FOLLOWING SAFETY AND SANITATION GUIDELINES AT ALL TIMES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests

Requirements:
