We are seeking a skilled Digital Merchandise Coordinator to join our team at The Salvation Army. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in e-commerce and is passionate about selecting high-quality merchandise for our online platform.

As a Digital Merchandise Coordinator, you will be responsible for selecting high-valued merchandise, testing items, and assisting with photography and customer support. You will also meet daily posting quotas and weekly and monthly sales targets. Responsibilities:

  • Select high-valued merchandise to sell on our e-commerce platform and supply physical stores with a steady supply of collectible merchandise.
  • Test items to confirm functionality or authenticity prior to posting.
  • Use listing and shipment software at a fast pace.
  • Assist with photography of items for sale.
  • Handle phone and emailing customer support in a timely manner.
  • Meet daily posting quotas and weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated competency in skill area as indicated by verifiable training and/or experience.
  • Ability to read and write and to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
