Role Summary:
This position involves significant physical activity, including the handling and transportation of luggage. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with airline personnel to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate with external contractors for luggage loading as needed
  • Retrieve luggage from various airline locations
  • Maintain communication with the operations supervisor during shifts
  • Manage the dispatch of luggage to the appropriate destinations
  • Assist passengers by confirming their luggage details and addresses
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks consistently
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Capable of walking throughout the airport for the duration of the shift
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented mindset is essential

Compensation:
Hourly wage: $25.00


Work Environment:
This role requires in-person attendance and involves working in a bustling airport setting.
