Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment community. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the property, including maintenance, repairs, and customer service.
  • Manage resident records and maintain accurate data in property management software.
  • Collect rent and other income, and deposit and record receipts in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate move-in dates, prepare notices to residents, and manage leasing processes.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; training in property or real estate management preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, office management, or administration, with professional training substituting for experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and coworkers, and to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
