About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Controller with a strong background in the gaming and casino sector to become a vital part of our expanding organization. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to a thriving company while advancing your career.

Compensation: $125,000 - $138,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of casino financial management, including revenue auditing and compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of casino funds, assets, and financial records.
  • Lead and manage a team of 10 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Conduct thorough audits across various departments, including gaming, hospitality, and retail.
  • Analyze financial statements and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to address system-related issues impacting financial operations.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assess and enhance the efficiency of accounting and operational processes.
  • Manage cash flow and financial forecasting to optimize the casino's financial position.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing finance team.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in casino accounting or revenue auditing.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required; MBA and CPA are preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of state gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on transformative management.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
