Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of packaging operations, including pouching, jarring, pre-roll packaging, and label application.
  • Coordinate production schedules and manage work orders efficiently.
  • Evaluate team performance, deliver training, and uphold safety protocols.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, adherence to legal requirements, and accurate inventory reporting.
  • Implement corrective measures, enhance operational processes, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage in recruitment efforts, facilitate training programs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Promote company values and effectively utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Capacity to thrive in fast-paced settings, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Background in management, production, manufacturing, and the cannabis sector.
  • Familiarity with cannabis regulations, mechanical and electrical systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a standing or seated position for extended periods, lift weights up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours.
  • Proficient in performing repetitive hand movements.

Additional Criteria:

  • Must pass background checks, possess a reliable vehicle, adhere to regulations, hold a valid driver's license, be at least 21 years of age, and meet Cannabis Control Commission approval.
