We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate.

This role involves supporting overall warehouse functions, which include receiving incoming materials, processing products, maintaining inventory, setting up machine stations, and packing outgoing shipments.


Compensation:
$19.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Create and maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Review incoming shipping documents and update inventory records
- Review outgoing shipping documents and package products accordingly
- Conduct inspections of inventory and product orders for accuracy
- Assist in loading and unloading packages from trucks
- Report product discrepancies to management
- Support the setup of materials on machines
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Operate forklifts to relocate materials
- Perform other operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with manufacturing industries is preferred

Physical Demands:

The physical requirements for this role include:
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking for up to 8 hours
- Twisting and bending for up to 4 hours
- Operating sit-down and stand-up lifts
- Performing duties under tight deadlines
