Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Operations Officer to join our team at ResourceMFG. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of our facilities through vigilant monitoring and response to various situations.

Shifts Available:
We offer positions across different shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 6 am - 2 pm; Full-time; Pay: $23.00/hour
  • 2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm; Full-time; Pay: $23.50/hour
  • 3rd Shift: 10 pm - 6 am; Full-time; Pay: $24.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of both indoor and outdoor areas to identify any suspicious activities.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, calls, and emergencies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with the public.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch using a two-way radio.
  • Enforce parking regulations and assist with traffic management.
