Role Overview:
To fulfill its mission of serving a substantial number of Fellows in the coming decade, Braven is in search of a Senior Vice President of Program Operations to spearhead the growth and expansion of our initiatives across new regions.

This position will be responsible for establishing effective operational frameworks and processes, ensuring that our organization scales efficiently, achieves strong outcomes, and leverages economies of scale.

This role is situated within the Product Management team and reports directly to the Chief Product Officer.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Direction:
    Collaborate with organizational leaders to define the vision and strategy for program implementation, ensuring alignment with overall impact and organizational goals.
  • Initiative Development:
    Design and execute strategic initiatives that support the organization's growth objectives while enhancing program effectiveness and scalability.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Foster a culture of operational excellence by developing strategies that are integrated throughout the organization.
  • Team Management:
    Build and lead a high-performing operations team, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Implement robust quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards in program delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in team management.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing processes that enhance efficiency and impact.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a senior operations role within a large, dynamic organization.
  • Expertise in leading teams and managing projects in complex, growth-oriented environments.
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

Work Demands:
Ability to work in-person at designated locations at least three days per week and travel as required.
