We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled respiratory care modalities and interventions to designated patient populations
- Operate independently, under limited supervision, to perform complex patient care situations
- Establish therapy and treatment objectives, and review care based on the age and needs of the patient
- Collaborate with patient care staff and management to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy Training program
- Registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care
- Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the State of Washington
- Advanced cardiac life support credential required within 90 days of hire
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification
- Minimum one (1) year of acute care experience in the field of respiratory therapy and critical care as CRT preferred
