The Operations Efficiency Specialist is responsible for analyzing and improving production processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. This role involves working closely with production staff, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Work closely with production staff to educate and train them on new processes.
  • Monitor and track production metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, resource usage, and inventory levels.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years in a production or manufacturing environment, with analytical experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software.

Working Conditions:

  • Works in an ESD manufacturing environment.
  • Lift/carry/push/pull up to 20lbs.
  • Stooping, bending, stretching, and reaching outward and over their head.
  • This position may require extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.
