About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lot Porter to join our team at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala. As a Lot Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from the moment they arrive at our dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Meet and greet customers on the service drive, assist with check-in, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Vehicle Management: Park cars, shuttle customers as needed, and help valet cars to customers' homes.
  • Lot Maintenance: Perform maintenance on cars in storage to protect tires, batteries, and exteriors from deterioration.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted Driver's License: Possess an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Trustworthy Demeanor: Demonstrate a trustworthy demeanor and be able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
