About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Lot Porter to join our team at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala. As a Lot Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers on the service drive, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with vehicle check-in and parking, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are safely and efficiently handled.
  • Provide shuttle services to customers as needed, ensuring timely and convenient transportation.
  • Assist with valet services, helping to ensure that our customers' vehicles are delivered to their homes or other designated locations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Trustworthy demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50-75 lbs).
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to various weather conditions, including rain and extreme temperatures.
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and non-climate-controlled conditions.
  • Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, high, exposed places, noise, and vibration.
