Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Icing and decorating custom cakes and other products
  • Coaching and developing associates to meet operational goals
  • Ensuring adherence to all Great American Cookie and The Cookie Place Inc. standards

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of retail and/or food service management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be 18+ years of age

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
