Job Overview

The Monaco Insurance And Financial Services agency in San Diego is seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to fill an administrative role. As an Account Associate, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships and providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission/bonus.

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Possess sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
  • Able to obtain a Life/Health License.
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Show interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
