About The Job

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our residents.
  • Take the lead on quality assurance/compliance and infection prevention initiatives within our long-term care facility.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A robust understanding of medical terminology and documentation review processes.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care facility, preferably in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and public health policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with staff.
