Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive End-User Sales: Utilize your sales skills to drive end-user sales through multiple distribution channels, identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
  • Uncover New Sales Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to uncover new sales opportunities, converting them into loyal customers.
  • Demonstrate Products: Effectively demonstrate our products to end-users, highlighting the financial impact of improved performance, safety, and quality.
  • Manage Sales Leads: Manage and consistently update sales leads to track progress, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with end-users and distributors, delivering high-quality service and support to drive territory growth.
  • Travel Requirements: Overnight travel is required, with access to transportation and a valid driver's license necessary for the role.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in an industrial setting, with up-to-date knowledge of industrial distribution practices and trends.
  • Skills: Knowledge of welding, metal fabricating, woodworking, and power tools is highly desirable, as is a military background.
