Retail Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer product questions, provide product recommendations, and make sales to customers.
- Work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs and provide solutions.
- Promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high-quality visual standards of products and store.
- Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals.
